The Monoblock Conglomerate exists to me as a memory double-exposed in film. It defines one of the earliest times in which I responded to my thinking on material reuse in a physical form. By combining multiple bits, three busted chairs became one functional chair, buying themselves another few months before landfill. These chairs convey one of the most powerful relationships between design, material, and consumptive waste.
